Support for SplashShopper

Is SplashData no longer going to actively support those of us who use Android and not iPhone. In reading all of the material, that is my perceived impression. Please let us know if that is the case so that we can browse around for other Android software.

I have had problems and asked questions and either get answers that are of no help or get no answers at all for the past 2 - years. I apologize for my bluntness, but am getting very frustrated. I love SplashShopper and don't want to have to change, but it seems that that is going to happen.

Thanks for contacting us. We do support our Android customers, though SplashShopper has not gotten an update on Android for some time. It is lower priority than SplashID, but we have not stopped supporting it.

If you want to let me know what sort of issues you are having, maybe we can get them resolved for you.

Hi!

I've been a long time user of Splashshopper (v 3.1.2) and love it! However, I just downloaded it onto my Android tablet, and there is no menu, no way of syncing it. I cannot sort by category. In other words, I cannot do many of the things I have always found so useful with Splashshopper.

Is there any help or solution for this?

I am using SplashShopper Android. I recently switched from an IPhone because I like being able to switch batteries and memory cards.
I am a longtime SplashData customer.
I want to be able to add Lists, but do not know how. The android splashshopper user guide says use the List menu, but I do not know how to access that menu.

Any help would be appreciated.

I need the desktop program that syncs with the Android app. I have downloaded what I thought was the right file, but it was desktop only.
I bought Splash Shopper because I love it, but after a hard reset on my Galaxy S4, I need to reload the grocery lists I previously had (they are backed up on my laptop).

I'm a chef, so my grocery list is detailed and extensive! Please help!

After Galaxy 6 upgrade to Android 6.0.1, "More" button stopped appearing, which destroyed app utility as sorting & filtering not reachable anymore. Exported data to several books within Excel spreadsheet and have been limping along with that, but would REALLY like to get back to a working SplashShopper.

Hello guys!
Judy, as long as you use latest SplashShopper Desktop app – 3.2 on Mac, 3.1 on PC – then you have the correct app.
We no longer have Desktop app separation such as Standalone Desktop/Android Sync Desktop/iOS Sync Desktop. It is one unified Desktop app that can do it all.
Only SplashMoney Desktop still has the separation you mention.

Hi, I still do not understand how to sync from the Android Splash Shopper to the desktop. There seems to be no menu, and pulling down doesn't do anything. I tried from the desktop but don't see a way to initiate from there either. How do you sync from Android to a desktop? Thanks.

Please be sure to include the exact device – brand, model, Android OS version – in your support ticket.
Please note you cannot initiate sync from the Desktop app, sync is always initiated from mobile app.

Long press on the back button to get to menu. I just switched from a Note 3 to the S7 Edge and this worked for me.
