Ever since, the update to iOS 8.1 (and upwards), I have been unable to access the application whilst on 3G or 4G network. The App opens up, asks for my password and once I typed it in, the screen freezes on the content not allowing me to access any functionality, wether it's the content or the settings. The whole app is frozen.
When I connect to a WiFi network, however, the app runs just fine.
Any tips on how to get app working again?
Thanks for contacting us. I’m sorry, but File Magic does not play nice with iOS 8, so we have removed it from sale for the time being. I cannot say when we will be updating the app.
