When I try to logon to Splashdata.com I enter my email and password and I am presented with a screen asking if I want to subscribe to Cloud Sync or continue with WIFI Sync. After selecting WIFI I am pushed back to the logon screen. This happens from Safari and from Google on Windows 7.
Thanks for contacting us. There is nothing to access on SplashID.com unless you are a SplashID Cloud Services subscriber – so it is asking if you want to switch sync methods. If you don’t, then it will take you back to the login screen.
SplashID Cloud Services subscribers can access and edit their data in the web app, change account settings and security options (e.g. 2-factor authentication), and access the included identity protection services.
