Synchronization problems iPhone

Again, I encounter a frozen screen om my iPhone when I try to use SplashID after (WiFi) synchronization with my Mac.
I tried to see what advise you gave me last time, but your site seem te be changed, so the ticket-pages are gone.
My Mac version is 780 7.2.2, Build 780A
My mobile version should be the latest, but I can not check that right now.
Hope you can help me out.

Thanks for contacting us. Ok, assuming you have your data in the SplashID Desktop, I would delete and reinstall the iPhone app. Then login, and do a WiFi sync with the SplashID Desktop and see if that clears it up.
