I have Splash ID on several IOS devices - all of which work well and sync with the Cloud Version of Splash ID. However my Mac version has nearly every record duplicated. How do I deduce??

Thanks for contacting us. First, check if your data is good on the cloud, by logging in on the desktop web browser:


If so, just logout of the Mac app, which you will find in the File menu.

Then launch the SplashID Desktop and login again, and it will pull the good data from the cloud.
