I have Splash ID Safe(220.127.116.110)with lifetime Splash Cloud Services.They are all set to sync to the cloud. All of my records show up on my android phone and in the cloud but none on my desk top not sure why?
Thanks for contacting us. Please make sure that you have signed in with the correct email address. You can Logout, from the app menu, then it will quit and you can login again and that should clear it up.

You can update to version 8.0 and see if that makes a difference, but it may have been a one-time event.
