I have cloud syncing across 3 devices (laptop, iPhone, iPad). When I create a new record on any device, the record shows up on the other two access points no problem. BUT. When I change a password in one of my records, the password is not changed across all devices! This is pretty darn useless if there is no fix. Help please?

Thanks for contacting us. The change should be reflected across all devices if they are connected to the internet. Please check if the change has made it to the cloud database, online in the web browser:


If so, I would delete and reinstall the apps on the devices where the changes are not showing up.
