sync problem and...

My desktop do not sync. It is the latest version.
It start synchronizing and says: "Not sync'd yet"

Sync between Cloude and my Android phone works fine.

In Options I can se 5 tabs (Security, Data/Bacckup, Format, Collums and Account).
And there are 2 arrows - on the left and right of TABs.

Click on those arrows do not works - should they?

1. I’m not familiar with that message, but could it be that there is a firewall or anti-virus program preventing SplashID from accessing the internet on your desktop? If so, please allow SplashID access.

2. No, there is nothing after Account in the Options dialog. The arrows just allow expansion if needed on smaller screens.
