How can I filter records so one member of family doesn't have access to all records?

Peter Stier Jun 22, 2014 02:32PM PDT

We are subscribers to Splash Cloud Services and presently sync two iPhonies and an iPad under our account. My daughter is going off to college and I would like to get her access to a subset of (her) records within SplahID.

I do not want to grant her access to the entire database, as I afriad she will screw up my records.

Is there a way to do this within one account, or does she need to have a standalone account and enter her own records?

Thanks,

Thanks for contacting us. The way it is designed, she would need her own account if you don’t want her to have access to the entire database. You can create a Category for her, and she can always filter by it as needed, but it doesn’t prevent her from accessing the other categories as well.
