iPad record edit

I'm running ver 7.2.5 on my iPhone and iPad. I'm able to sync all records from my iPhone to my Mac and then sync my iPad to the Mac. My problem is, I can not edit records on my iPad anymore. The records are updated from the sync but when I touch them to edit it does nothing. The date and time are the same on the iPhone, iPad and Mac. Why am I not able to edit on my iPad anymore?

Thanks for contacting us. I’m not familiar with this issue, but I would just reset the iPad app by deleting and reinstalling it.

After you reinstall, login, then do a WiFi sync with the SplashID Desktop.

I too was having the same problem, Ver 7.2.5 Build 796.

I deleted app as suggested and reinstalled, now it works as intended.
