Password does not work on 1 iPhone but does another

I use my splashed on my iPhone all the time. I have never bee noble to use it on my wife's iPhone-keeps denying password. Eventually locking me out.

Thanks for contacting us. The only reason this might happen is if you don’t have the same email address set as the SplashID account.

Please delete and reinstall the app on your wife’s iPhone and make sure you login next time with the exact same email address you use in SplashID on your iPhone.

A typo could cause this.
