Installation Problem

Dear concerned,
I just changed my computer. However, when I am installing SplashID safe on this new computer, it is asking me to purchase a new license, whereas I have a licensed version of the SplashID already (Wi-Fi sync).
Please help me understand how can I bypass this license purchase option and get my records moved to the new computer.

Thanks for contacting us. If, during SplashID setup, you use the same email address you were licensed for already, it will recognize your license. I see that you are licensed for WiFi sync.

If this is not working for you, let me know and we’ll take this offline.
