Slpash ID startup sort

David May 19, 2014 09:11AM PDT

On my iphone I rarely close Splash Id app so hadnt noticed this, but on firtst sta my records are sorted in an odd way. Whilst supposedly alphabetically, there appears numerous additional non English headings such as umlaut with my Oyster card listed under it.

Opening a record and then closing it seems to revert the sort to English and correct ordering.

Any ideas why?

Thanks for contacting us. I am not sure what would cause this, but please let us know if you see this on a regular basis.

i am seeing this consistently on my iPhone 6+ (iOS 8.0.2) makes the app very close to unusable. I can't sort to find a record and search fails.

I have been running on iOS 8.0.2 on my iPad mini and an iPHone 4s without any issues.

I have four keyboards installed on each of these devices: English (US), Russian, Polish and Emoji. Not sure if it matters.

There’s a new build (7.2.6) coming for iOS 8 as soon as Apple approves it.
