I have replaced my desktop computer and need to install Splashid on the new one. How do I proceed?

Hey Justin,

I just tried reinstalling SplashID 6.2 on my laptop after doing an OS re-install. It keeps prompting me for a payment and won't continue (without the payment). I've already paid for this -- how do I get past the payment screens?

I have the exact same problem. My computer had to be re-imaged and I tried reinstalling the software, but it is asking to pay or upgrade.
