I was successful in activating my personal account and got your software working at my macbook and windows phone. This is the text I received.

Congratulations -- you have successfully activated your SplashID Safe Personal Edition account.

But........ when using your link to get to my personal account I continue to get the message that my "code" is not correct. I do not understand it. When using the link my email adress is correctly popping up. Then I am asked to give my password. After doing that your system states my code is incorrect and I am asked to give my password and to type in a code that appears on the screen (to make sure I am human?). Anyhow, after doing this again your system states the code in incorrect?

What can I do?

I am having the same problem and the login provided does not help. Anyone have any suggestions? I can log in on my phone, but not on my computer. Thanks.

If you are still having trouble logging into the web app, clear your SplashID.com cache and cookies, then try again.

having similar problem. Web login works fine, but when I try to log in from my new phone, it just sends the login, and then goes back to the login screen. nothing happens, no error message, just nothing but the log in screen.

Hi Terry,

In your case, I would suggest deleting and reinstalling the app.

Dear Justin, I tried everything. Logging in through your URL and your link. Clearing all cache files and cookies. What is your advice?

Yes, I suppose there could be a problem on 10.6.8. Have you tried any alternative browsers?
