I tried to change the email address on an account but now neither the old email address nor the new email address works. Please advise.
Thanks for contacting us. You should receive an activation email for the new email address (to verify it is really yours). Once you click the “verify email” link in that message, you will be able to login with the new email address.
If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder. If you still don’t see it, contact us and we can activate it for you: http://support.splashdata.com/customer/portal/emails/new

Please make sure to mention all email IDs involved, such as the old/current one and new one.
Also, make sure to list all Windows/Mac OS X versions used, mobile devices brands/models/OS versions.
Plus SplashID Safe app versions on all, email IDs in each app, and data status of each app/side – has full data, has not data, has partial data/etc.
