I am trying to log into my smartphone app for SplashID. I am getting an error message for the first time of, "Password cannot be empty". I have never seen this before and I am locked out of my SplashID. Please help.

If that doesn’t help, please let me know what the smartphone OS is (iOS, Android, etc), and I’ll see what we can do.
Also let me know if you have access to your data in the SplashID Desktop app.
