SplashID login on smartphone

Robert Baird Apr 30, 2014 04:13PM PDT

I am trying to log into my smartphone app for SplashID. I am getting an error message for the first time of, "Password cannot be empty". I have never seen this before and I am locked out of my SplashID. Please help.

Thanks for contacting us. Please try force quitting the app on the phone and then try to login again.

If that doesn’t help, please let me know what the smartphone OS is (iOS, Android, etc), and I’ll see what we can do.

Also let me know if you have access to your data in the SplashID Desktop app.

Thanks for contacting us. Please check that your email was entered correctly before login.

Also, please note that the web app cannot be used on the phone. For the Q5, please download the BlackBerry 10 client app from the BlackBerry App World:
