Updated Splash ID on my Windows phone, and after updating have no data. Synced to the Cloud, and it showed the data, but the next time I opened the app, the data was gone,and syncing does not bring it back. What happened, and is there a fix?

If so, I would just delete and reinstall the Windows Phone app and login and it should pull the good data from the cloud.
