I did ***NOT*** forget my password. It worked just fine for accessing the app. But that's as far as I get.
I keep getting error messages when I try to access my backup files. I get the same message over and over again: WRONG PASSWORD! Suddenly no versions of any backup I've ever created or ever been sent by email work. WRONG PASSWORD.
Come on!!!! How can this possibly be?
Now, i have no access to any Splash ID files on my laptop, my desktop or my iPhone. I have nothing but blank files - 1,000 entries lost!
I KNOW my password. Why won't it work? And why won't any file I've ever used as a back up for Splash ID suddenly not work either????
I have used every friggin version of Splash ID. I am not a newbie to this. But I am really starting to hate this product. It is nothing but a source of frustration!!! My entire life is on Splash ID. My mortgage is due. I can't access my online banking. I cannot afford these problems!
You can get back the records. Please try below suggestions.
1) Try to import the backup on some other platforms.
Ex: If you are trying to import the records on Iphone then please try to import it on Mac, Web or Android.
2) Try to import an old backup that worked for you.
