I am very happy with the cloud services, which are working ok.
However, I would also like to use SplashID Safe for Windows, both on my HOME COMPUTER (running Win7 64 bit) and my OFFICE computer (running Win7, 64 bit).
I can install the appliations on both my HOME and my OFFICE computer, but syncing does not work. What am I doing wrong?
1. Using Google Chrome , in your PC , Go here < https://splashid.com/personal/webclient/ > log in using email ID < email@example.com> and password same as in SplashID desktop, click on records, verify if all records came up good over there, let me know the result. Use log out menu to quit that page. Use Export menu and export all records as vid file and save it to your computer hard disc for emergency. IMPORTANT.
2. Make sure you have installed latest version of SplashID Desktop Installer version in Home and Office computer from here and use same email ID, same password as in Cloud log in and select sync method as Cloud in both the computers. https://splashid.com/personal/downloads.html
3. make sure you have direct internet access (No Proxy, No Office networks and no VPN) to both Home and Office computers.
4. After the installation is complete close and re-open SplashID in computer to sync automatically to Cloud and bring records.
