Splashshopper

When I start up Splashshopper, I get a message that it won't work with future version of iOS so contact the developer. So, what is the status of development to make sure Splashshopper keeps working? It appears that there has been little development or activity on Splashshopper for the past couple of years.

I have good news from last week – as of Sept 14 2017, Thursday. There was word from management and they said:
Please note it is still our goal to update SplashShopper and SplashMoney iOS app for iOS 11 compatibility if possible. We have developers looking at it.
Please note there is no release date set yet.

For any extra questions you may have please use the Support Site to submit a support ticket.
Please do not submit your questions via new public questions, as this does not let us reply in the best way.

That's an issue for me, too. I'm hoping SplashShopper will not be made redundant.

I have good news! Our management has made a decision to fix the iOS app for the upcoming iOS 11 (coming this fall).

I have the same problem. I found a company that is currently in beta testing of an alternative that could import existing SplashShopper files.
I'll post when I remember who does it. You can enter the beta testing list...
My memory fails me right now.

I tested other appications for the shopping lists, but Splash Shopper is really the best!

I have emailed support TWICE over the past TWO months, yet NO response.
Is SplashShopper support at the bottom of the list??

Nikolai, please tell us a date more specific that there will be an update for SplashShopper other than "upcoming iOS 11 (coming this fall). Will it be the date iOS 11 is released or the last day of Fall?

Oh, please, please, please upgrade SplashShopper to cohabit with IOS 11. It is the most woncerful list maker and I have tons of lists and info on it that I use on a daily basis. My iPad automatically updated to IOS 11 and now SplashShopper will not work. I need it desperately. Thank you so very much for hearing all of your avid SplashShopper users.

Takes some time to set it up
Upgrade my phone software last night and then went to use Splash Shopper this morning and was quite annoyed

Yes, please update Splash SHopper for ios 11. I bought it for my iphone recently (and PC), since I loved it when I had a Palm Pilot. My phone has updated, and I can't use SS until it is updated. It is a great app.

I believe I have used SplashShopper since its inception. It is the MOST often used app that I have. I don't understand why Splash would not be out front with this app and make it available for iOS 11. Is Splash going to go out of business? Why would you disregard 10s of thousands of customers?

Please note our main focus has been on SplashID Safe for many years now, so I am afraid SplashShopper and SplashMoney have been on the back burner for many years now.
No, SplashData is not going down any time soon – we are very financially stable, due to hundreds of thousands of SplashID Safe customers, and now TeamsID enterprise & family/etc customers too.

RE SplashShopper, I have good news as of yesterday (Thursday Oct 5th) – management says the developer is currently working on the iOS app.
There is no exact ETA yet, but they say they will try to get a more exact time-frame on this. IF/when I have more info, I will let you know ASAP.

How about an inexact ETA? I/we need the SplashShopper and the longer I go without the app the more I'm motivated to find an alternative even if it isn't as good.

No, not ours nor anyone else’s Betas are in the iOS App Store. Please note the App Store holds/offers only final release apps.

You said it would be this Fall.
I think it is now fall.

What's the ETA for SplashShopper? The reason I ask is that it was nearly as important as my calendar. (I have used it since Palm days.) I am using a "free" shopping app now that while pretty complete, doesn't have all that I want - easy sync to and from desktop, adding items from iPhone or desktop, organizing by aisle!
Also, I discovered by accident why this free app is FREE. It was created by inMarket, a marketing company that I'm sure is selling EVERY iota of information I enter into the app - my grocery list. What I buy, what I want and use.
Help please! I want to pay for SplashShopper again, it's security and reliability.
