Crash at sync

I try to sync splashShopper 4.0 with my desktop, but it only syncs for a few seconds and after that gives a message "Sync is done successfully" and the app terminates. I alsi have the older version 3.1 of splashshopper installed and the sync works fine with that. However that app is not fully functioning. I use ios 10.2.1 as os.
