Splashshopper & Mac OS Sierra

I have tried to upgrade to Mac OS Sierra once, and Splashshopper would not load. Has that problem been fixed?

No, but there is a workaround that works for many of our SplashShopper Mac Desktop app customers.
Please ask for help here, and I will assist you properly:

I have the same problem with SS crashing every time. I would appreciate knowing the workaround, as I have valuable data in the app. Thank you.

My older version of Splashshopper , which I have used for years, will not open. I downloaded the new Spashshopper Desktop and that will not open either. My OS is macOS Sierra version 10.12.6. I love the software and have lots of things stored on it. Help please. Thanks in advance.
