On AUG 11, 2014 11:25AM PDT one representative answered to a customer in that sense that the function that automatically updates the software will be added in an upcoming version. Since above mentioned date, did you added that function? If so, how we can know that or how we program this function?

Which app is this for, please?
Our mobile apps do NOT have any such function, and one will never be added.
This is all handled by your Android device Play Store app, or App Store app on iPhone/iPad.
Thus, no updates are done or possible from our apps, your phone handles that.
On Desktop, if you use 7.2.x apps, those should usually stay and won’t get updated/upgraded to 8.x Desktop app, unless you do that yourself.
Also, this is not the correct way to get help.
