Desktop Version does not Open

I have downloaded the latest version and it seems to successfully install. I login and put in my password and then nothing opens.

We have again had an outage with our server that we are working to resolve immediately.

Once that is resolved you should be able to use the app. Sorry for the inconvenience.

New Desktop version does not work. When I put in PW, it crashes, no sign of ap in task manager. I tried installing an older version, put in password, says "Unnammed file not found". What to do?
