The cloud isn't syncing with either of my devices. I use a desktop app at work with Windows 7 Pro and it's up to date. My Surface Pro is using the most recent app. The current data is on the desktop but it's not syncing to the cloud and therefore not syncing to the Surface Pro. I verified logins and everything appears to be in order. But clearly it's not. The number of records is off and data that's been reclassified is out of date on the cloud.
