can't enable online access

I am trying to setup online access, and when I click the box for Bank Name, instead of populating a list of names I can choose from it says "Data cannot be parsed."

My internet connection is fine. I am running the desktop trial version, because I wanted to test before purchasing. Does the trial version not allow online setup?

I'm really sick of Quicken, so I wanted to give this a shot, but I can't really test it properly without trying the online access.

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry, but online banking is no longer functional in SplashMoney.

You can still download QIF, OFX, or QFX files from the banks’ web sites and import those manually into the SplashMoney Desktop.
