Record Type not Saved

Robert Levy Feb 28, 2015 03:07AM PST

Some of my records have no type set. When I edit an entry and set a type, this disappears at the next synchronisation. Why is this? I hav version 8.03.844 and am using Cloud Synch.

Thanks for contacting us. Are you clicking the Save button after you change the type?

Same problem here. Yes, I save each record once I have updated it, but after sync, they revert. For example, I updated many records as Web Login, which, after the beta version, had changed to Unfiled. Once I change them to Web Login, the PC syncs, but reverts back to Unfiled. Why?

YES, I am clicking the Save button, but it makes no difference. Your reply, Justin, is a year and a half old. Don't you have an answer by now? I have

Looking forward to an answer!
