I have upgraded to SplashID Safe 8 on my Windows desktop. When I try to start the program it asks a two factors code but I didn't receive it. When I click on resend code it sais UUID not same. Please help me because now I can not use the desktop application.
Thanks for contacting us. I have disabled your 2-factor authentication, so you can get in. It was set to email, which could have been going to your spam filter, so if you reenable it in the future, I recommend choosing the SMS option instead.
