Syncing is not working

For some reason cloud syncing is not working. I have SplashID desktop 8.0.2.840 and the latest iOS-8 app on my iPhone 6.

I noticed at least a couple discrepancies:

1) I have two more records on my phone than I have on my desk top.
2) I edited several categories on my desk top; removing some, updating records with new categories. None of these changes are reflected on my iPhone regardless of how many times I restart either app or force updates.

What is going wrong?

Does it have all your records?

If so, I would just logout of the SplashID Desktop, which you can do in:

Side menu > Settings > Account Settings > Logout

Then launch the SplashID Desktop and login again.
