Unable to sync SplahsShopper v3.1 between Win 7 desktop and Galaxy 5

I'm having a challenge transferring the database from Win7/64 desktop to my new Galaxy 5. The sync appears to work properly, but nothing is transferred. The devices connect following your directions and I receive the confirmation that the sync completed ... but nothing appears on my Galaxy.
Please help ... thanks!

Thanks for contacting us. Check that you are using the correct username in the SplashShopper desktop. There may be more than one in the SplashShopper desktop user menu.

If you need to switch to a different user, do that and import any customized data there. Add a test record under the other user and sync and see if it works.
