You are giving the same answers that don't work. ANd you lock the thread so I can't even come back in and explain the errors you are re-posting so here is yet another NEW thread to try to get support to understand the problem.

I have already saved my lists out by exporting them but until I can clear out the old stuff and restart I can't get the new lists back in. No Matter what I do the default lists come up. I can delete the defaults, import my lists and try to synch and they get lost, the lists on the handheld (which are the default ones) overwrite the desktop. I've tried to set the desktop overwrites handheld option as the synch setting a but it doesn't work.
I've been running SplashShopper since Palm Days, you have NEVER gotten the upgrade path to work properly, You ALWAYS lose custom lists. That is just bad programming.
Thanks for contacting us. I’m sorry you’re having a hard time with SplashShopper. FWIW, we’ve been forced to change data locations over the years on Mac OS due to Mac OS requirements, which complicates upgrade support on Mac OS. Plus you may have legacy data from the Palm days.
