Deleting Users

Gary Thomas Dec 03, 2014 07:34AM PST

I have upgraded my IOS app to 4.0 (had to pay?)
I have several IOS users listed under users in the Windows Desktop application.
I managed to figure out which user is the new iPhone user.

How do I remove all other users from the list of users? Can I do this by modifying a configuration file?

Do I need to uninstall and reinstall the desktop software?

Thanks for contacting us. Let’s try resetting the desktop completely.

Find this folder:

Rename it to SplashShopper.old. That will hide it from the SplashShopper desktop, but not erase the data in case we need to get it back somehow.

Then delete the SplashShopper entries from your registry. To
do this:

1. Go to your Start Menu and choose Run
2. Type in “regedit”
3. Go into the directory HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/SplashData/
4. Delete the folder in that directory called SplashShopper Desktop

Then launch the SplashShopper desktop, enter your registration code, and go through the guided setup again to connect the iPhone.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.
