After recently upgrading to the latest version of SplashShopper on my iPhone, I lost my old database. It was replaced with your generic, beginning database. I tried to get it back with Time Machine, without success. Now, when I open SplashShopper on my Mac, I find that I have 10 users listed: 2 for my iPad, 1 for my iPod (all of which have my treasured old databases), and 7 (!) for my iPhone, none of which contain the databases that I want. Can you help? Thanks, Russ
Thanks for contacting us. This is a known issue and will be fixed in an upcoming release.
Please tell me if you have any other questions.
We have a new build of the Mac desktop app that fixes the issue with not being able to open the Sync Settings dialog.
Please let me know if that doesn’t fix it.
