Importing a CSV file seems to fail. I say "seems" because once I select the file and the account, nothing happens. I tried it from a new account and from an existing account with the same result. No messages are displayed and no records are imported. Ideas?
Thanks for contacting us. CSV import is unreliable due to the various formatting obstacles inherent in CSV files.
I would recommend instead trying to get your data exported from you bank or other source in a QIF file format.

Does the bank not offer QIF files?
QIF file import works best for our SplashMoney Desktop app.
Also, are you on PC or Mac?
What version of Windows/Mac OS X?
What exact SplashMoney Desktop app version?
I do not think you can import user names. You can only import transaction data.
If you need names too, I am afraid you may have to enter those manually into our SplashMoney Desktop app.
