Hello. SplashShopper was failing to open so I deleted it to reinstall, but a search for it in App Store turns up nothing.
Thanks for contacting us. We have removed SplashShopper from the App Store temporarily while we investigate what is causing these issues for our users. We’ll notify you once it has been posted live again.
I’ll post an update to this thread when we release the fixed app. We’re still working on it, and we’re not giving up.

Thanks for your patience. At long last, SplashShopper 4 is out for iOS. Due to the upgrade issues some people were having, we released this as a new app on the store so it won’t overwrite your old version.

We have set the price to FREE until 10/23 so that you can get this upgrade at no charge. After that it will be $1.99.
This version also fixes the problem of adding multiple users to the SplashShopper desktop user menu on sync. This version will add only one version and continue to sync with that user going forward.
I can’t say for sure if we’ll be updating the iPad app soon. The current version works reasonably well, as far as I know.
There isn’t a version 4 desktop app, but there is a new build of the Mac desktop app that fixes the issue with not being able to open the Sync Settings dialog.
Please let me know if that doesn’t fix it.
