In the users menu I have 5 iPhones and 2 iPads. How can I delete the old ones on a mac?

Thanks for contacting us. The easiest way is to delete everything from the desktop and sync it back form the handheld.

First, do a sync with all current devices so everything is backed up on the handheld devices.

Then quit SplashShopper desktop.

Find this folder:

Delete it.

Then delete this preference file:

Then launch the SplashShopper desktop, enter your registration code, and go through the guided setup again to connect the iPhone.

I have tried deleting all splashshoppe.plist from my Mac, deleting old (3.0) SplashShopper desktop and installing SplashShopper desktop 3.1. I have Carbon Copy Cloner and Time Machine so the older files also appear there. I've deleted those as well. Every time I reinsstall SplashShopper desktop, it automatically finds and enters my registration code and finds all the previous iPhones I have synched in the past. Also, I can't open "sync settings". Every time I do a sync from my iPhone, it overwrites the desktop. I can't find a file "~/Library/Preferences/com.splashdata.splashshopper.plist" to delete. All this started when my iPhone automatically updated to 3.2 yesterday. It looks like I will lose most of my customized data. Can you help? How do I completely delete SplashShopper Desktop so I can get a clean new install?

Thanks for contacting us. That should be all you need to delete, but maybe there are some hidden files. One thing that would reset the SplashShopper desktop completely is to get the app from the Mac App Store. I have temporarily set the price to 99 cents to make this more palatable.
