I got a new iPhone. The User menu item now shows both my old iPhone and new iPhone. How do I delete the old iPhone from the User list?
Quite right! Sorry for misunderstanding.
Let’s try resetting the desktop completely. This assumes you are on Windows.
Find this folder:
Rename it to SplashShopper.old. That will hide it from the SplashShopper desktop, but not erase the data in case we need to get it back somehow.
Then delete the SplashShopper entries from your registry. To
1. Go to your Start Menu and choose Run
2. Type in “regedit”
3. Go into the directory HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/SplashData/
4. Delete the folder in that directory called SplashShopper Desktop
Then launch the SplashShopper desktop, enter your registration code, and go through the guided setup again to connect the iPhone.
