syncing a new device

I just got a new phone, I tried to sync my desktop to my new ANDROID. and it created a duplicate user ID that is blank... how do I delete the empty one and just use the one I want

Laura, I had the same issue. I will share the approach that I used to solve the problem (although it is likely too late for you, as you posted your question a couple of years ago).
1)Synchronize your old phone to the Splashshopper desktop version. Note the name that Splashshopper has given to your old phone and note the name that it gave to your new phone.
2)Close Splashshopper on your desktop PC.
3)Find the SplashShopper folder on your PC. There is a separate sub-folder for your old phone and a separate sub-folder for your new phone. Using Windows Explorer or your file manager, delete the files in the PC sub-folder of your NEW phone data.
4)Copy all of the files in the PC sub-folder of your OLD phone to the sub-folder of your NEW phone.
5)Open your desktop version of SplashShopper. Set the synchronization for "Desktop to overwrite handheld". Then run the synchronization on your new phone. The data from your old phone will now be on your new phone.
