After installing the upgrade on my desktop, I opened my Android version on my phone and I have several records with just garbled symbols.
I reopened the desktop and it still appears to be fine.
BUT I am concerned that the phone will send the garbage to the desktop.
Thanks for contacting us. The bigger question is what you have on the cloud. When you login to the web app on your desktop browser, is the data ok?
If so, you’re good. You can just reset the Android data and it will get clean data from the cloud.

Delete the Android app and reinstall it to wipe the data, or go to System settings > Apps > SplashID > Clear Data.
Run SplashID on the Android and login with the same email and password as always.
