Multiple Data Files.

I have Splash ID Safe 8.0.2 iMac Life time. I have a file for myself, and my wife would like a separate file for her use. Do I need to purchase another copy of Splash ID Safe 8.0.2 for her?

Thanks for contacting us. Yes, your wife needs a separate account if you don’t want to share the same database. If you use the same Mac, ideally you have separate Mac OS user accounts, so you can maintain separate local SplashID databases.

If not, meaning you share a single Mac OS user account, I recommend choosing the cloud sync option when setting up your SplashID accounts, so that you can each “Log Out” of SplashID Desktop and login as a different user as needed.
