Cloud sync issue

Adrian May 09, 2015 02:48PM PDT

I use SplashID Safe in Cloud Sync mode across my iPhone, iPad, and Mac. I have noticed that the data on my iPad is correct, but it is not syncing to other devices. My iPad has 57 records, but other devices range around 55 records. It seems that the web app isn't correct either.

I have already tried switching the iPad to local wifi sync, then back to Cloud, but unfortunately all this did was reduce the number of records in the web app by 1! (I have checked - none of the records on the iPad are local only records).

Perhaps I need to reset the web app, but I don't see how to do that. Wonder if you can help?

Many thanks.

Thanks for your patience. We now have a beta version of the SplashID app for iOS that allows you to do 2 things to troubleshoot cloud sync:

1. Download all records from the cloud to the device
2. Upload all records to the cloud
