Almost everytime I open the app (v8.0.6, build 830) on my iPhone 6 all items in the safe appear in totally different order.
The existing categories have been replaced by new ones. Items starting with different letters are grouped in the same category.
I need to close the application, remove it from memory and open it again inorder to get the correct sort sequence (alphabetical).
Is this a known bug?
I only sync to my (Windows) computer over WiFi. Therefore I have "Use Cellular Data" disabled.
Thanks for contacting us. As SplashID talks to the server to check for account status changes on login, you should enable Cellular Data for SplashID, and that should resolve your issue.
