Need to import old database (splashid.db) from old crashed phone (2011 v4?) into new phone (v6.5.1)

Thomas Weeks Apr 14, 2015 08:44PM PDT

So my old android phone died (circa 2011, I think SID v4x?).. and I need to get to my data onto my new android running v6.5.1 (unless you can send me a v4 apk file to import and back up from).

I have tried v6.5.1's "Restore" function, pointing it to my SD card's splashid folder.. no workie. And I never used the desktop app, bc you all never supported Linux (only Mac and PC desktop clients afaict).

How do I get my data back into a newer version of SplashID? Surely you all must have data migration plans... right?
