I can't get rid of the dupes

I have 3 devices. I spent several hours cleaning up the duplicate records and categories on one of them. I want to reset the others and get the records from the one that is correct. How can I do this?

Thanks for contacting us. If you are using cloud sync, the key is to get the web app the way you want it:

https://splashid.com/login

Once you do that, you can delete and reinstall the handheld apps and they will get only the good data from the cloud.

The desktop app you can logout of – Settings > Account Settings > Logout.

Then launch and login and it will pull the good data.
