Attaching files does not seem to work for me. I am using version 22.214.171.1249 Safe ID. For example, I attached a file to my record. Then exported and then imported the record back and the file was not listed.

Are you on WiFi sync or cloud sync?
What steps did you take to export and import?
Please note that the attachments are buried inside the zip that is exported. If you drill down on the zip, you will find a VID and a Files folder. You can import that VID without its attachments, but if you go to SplashID > App menu > Import, then select the zip folder itself, the attachments will be imported.
