In Splash ID safe Version 7 I can specify where Data and backup files can be located.
Is this functionality still provided in Version 8 - I could not see where this could be setup or altered

Thanks for contacting us. The custom database location is not supported in SplashID 8, but we are discussing whether or not we should add that back. We will note your interest.

I would love it to be possible to define the location of the backup file.
In version 7 I set the location on a network drive.

This "deficiency" in version 8 is a definite showstopper. I'll have to downgrade to version 7 until this is fixed.

Good news! This feature has been added in the next release. I just tested it out and it works great.
