Access existing data

Had serious problem with iPad and had to replace. Had older version of SplashID app(6.2?). When I got new iPad I downloaded current version but can't access my data with old username and password. Is there a way to access?

Thanks for contacting us. I’m afraid version 6 for iPad is discontinued, and version 8 doesn’t read in the version 6 data. Do you have the data in the SplashID Desktop app?

If so, you can just sync version 8 with that.
