backup, reinstall and restore from sd card on android

Ilya Mar 02, 2015 07:24AM PST

SplashID on android, latest version from google play.
I've backed up to sd card all database. After that my phone upgraded from android 4.4.2 to 5.0.1
After that i've wiped all the data on the phone.
After installing splashid from google play i've restored database from sd card. After restoring password didn't match and i can't see my data.
What can i do to correctly restore my data from sd card?

Thanks for contacting us. Please note that the password required will be the one that was set at the time of the backup. That may be different from what your current password is. If so, after entering the old password to get into the database, it will ask you to enter the new password and then that will be used for the local database as well.
