Many of my records have custom icons assigned to them but when I use the cloud sync feature not all of the icons will sync from the desktop to the cloud. With over 240 records, it makes me wonder what other information is not syncing correctly. I'm using the latest SplashID versions on both my desktop and iphone. Also, using Windows 7 OS on the desktop and iOS 8 on the phone. Any suggestions as to what could be wrong? I've enjoyed using SplashID for many years but was reluctant to upgrade to the cloud sync version. Now that I have upgraded, this issue is making me question that decision. After searching the on-line help, it appears that other users are experiencing the same issue but I haven't seen it resolved. Please advise.
Thanks for contacting us. I’m pretty sure that only custom icons are problematic, not any of your other data.
Is there any rhyme or reason to your missing icons? What kind are synching, what kind are not? Is there a particular format or size? Are these custom added icons or icons selected from the built-in picker?
Ok, we found a bug in the Mac app that is not saving custom icon changes correctly. That will be fixed.
The web app should have the same default icons as the other client apps. It will not show custom added icons though.
